1980 Tokai Springy Sound ST-60 in Blue

While Fender was scratching its head trying to figure out which newfangled aberrant version of its classic Strat design to foist on 1980 buyers, Tokai quietly began knocking Fender's block off with Springy Sounds like this one, made with painstaking attention to detail and fidelity to Fender's classics from the dawn of the rock era.

This 100%-original 8 lb 2 oz (3.7 kg) ST-60 from 1980 shows why Springy Sounds are among the most coveted examples of the so-called Golden Age of Japan's guitar production. It has a rare blue finish over its sen ash body, a set of sweet, clean "U" pickups, a curved rosewood fretboard and an overall vibe that screams authenticity.

It's got a few finish blips here and there but it's in overall excellent condition and comes with a gig bag.
